Your Responsibilities

- You will own the full marketing funnel from awareness to retention identifying drop-off points and improving performance at every stage.
- You will track and report on key metrics including leads conversion rates CAC and ROI using insights to refine and scale campaigns.
- You will develop and manage the full content ecosystem including strategy editorial calendar and performance-driven copy across all digital platforms.
- You will collaborate with creative design and business teams to align marketing efforts with the agencys brand vision.
- You will research market trends test new channels and partnerships and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.

- Consistent month-on-month growth in qualified leads and client acquisition.
- Measurable improvement in conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.

- Efficient budget management with a strong demonstrable ROI.
To be considered for this role you should have
- 3 years of experience in digital or growth marketing agency or B2B experience preferred.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of SEO paid ads content marketing social media and email marketing.
- Experience with analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics HubSpot or similar.
- Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset.
