Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Graphics Design: Design promotional flyers banners price lists product catalogues and advert creatives Produce social media graphics for poultry piggery fishery and processed farm products Maintain consistent brand colours logo usage and visual identity across all materials Design seasonal promotional materials and campaign visuals Digital Marketing: Manage farm social media pages (WhatsApp Business Facebook Instagram TikTok and YouTube) Create and schedule regular product promotion posts Run digital campaigns to promote farm products and special offers Respond to online inquiries and convert leads into customers Upload product images pricing updates and availability announcements Sales Support: Support marketers by designing sales support materials Promote available stock daily to drive quick product movement Assist in announcing discounts flash sales and promotional campaigns Market Visibility Growth: Monitor online engagement levels and recommend strategies to increase reach Identify trending marketing strategies suitable for farm products Support online customer acquisition initiatives Reporting: Submit weekly digital marketing activity reports Report the number of leads generated from digital platforms Maintain records of campaigns executed and performance results Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of promotional creatives produced weekly Consistency of daily/weekly social media posting Number of customer inquiries generated online Leads converted into sales Growth in followers and engagement levels Revenue generated from online platforms Campaign performance effectiveness Recruitments: Experience in graphics design and social media marketing preferred Proficiency in Canva Photoshop or similar design tools Basic understanding of digital advertising and content marketing Skills Required: Creative design skills (Portfolio required) Digital marketing and social media management(Certificates required) Content planning and scheduling Communication and customer engagement skills Attention to detail and brand consistency Incentives (Commission based on sales): Performance bonuses 200000 naira monthly Accommodation provided Working Conditions: Duties will be carried out on-site.
