1.Strategic Leadership Develop and implement business unit strategies business plans and annual budgets. Identify new business opportunities markets and partnerships to drive growth. Ensure alignment of the units goals with the overall organizational strategy. 2. Operations & Performance Management Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow productivity and service quality. Monitor KPIs financial performance and operational results to meet targets. Implement process improvements policies and best practices. 3. Financial Management Manage the business units P&L budget utilization and financial forecasts. Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high operational standards. Review financial reports and implement corrective actions when needed. 4. Leadership & People Management Lead coach and mentor department managers and staff to achieve optimal performance. Oversee workforce planning hiring training and performance evaluations. Promote a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement. 5. Stakeholder & Client Management Maintain strong relationships with key customers suppliers and stakeholders. Ensure high customer satisfaction and address escalated client concerns. Represent the business unit in internal and external meetings. 6. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and industry standards. Identify business risks and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee audits documentation and reporting requirements. |
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field (Masters degree is an advantage). Proven experience in leadership or management positions (e.g. Operations Manager General Manager Unit Manager). Strong understanding of business operations financial management and strategy. Excellent leadership communication problem-solving and decision-making skill
