Job Summary

Support clients day-to-day production needs across shoots and projects.
Assist with production logistics including scheduling call sheets and coordination.
Organize and maintain production materials paperwork and deliverables.
Liaise with internal staff crew talent and vendors to ensure clear and effective communication.
Provide on-set support to the Producer and Videographer as needed.
Maintain production organization before during and after shoots.
Troubleshoot minor issues and help keep productions running on schedule.
Support additional production tasks and initiatives as needed

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Mass Communication Film Media Production or any field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
Demonstrated passion for production is a plus
1-3 years of experience in production management or multimedia content creation.
Proven ability to plan organize and oversee (shoot) production projects
Strong skills in budgeting scheduling and vendor coordination.
Experience in client servicing and growing business through production projects.
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate must be willing to work on-site if required but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere

Required Skills:

- With at least 3-4 years of work experience in production research and editing - Should be able to manage multiple projects - Has excellent problem-solving skills - Must be strategic with strong negotiating and interpersonal skills - Has excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino - Candidates must be willing to work on-site if required but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
