Role Overview
Were hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to own marketing strategy and execution across key growth channels. This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution and will work closely with leadership to drive user growth engagement and revenue.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across email social paid advertising web/landing pages and partnerships

Own lifecycle marketing including acquisition onboarding engagement and retention campaigns

Plan and launch promotions product updates and brand initiatives in collaboration with leadership

Optimize funnels messaging and conversion across channels using data and performance insights

Manage external partners affiliates and vendors as needed

• Strategy & Leadership
• Own and drive MyFundedFutures digital growth strategy aligned with revenue targets
• Build and prioritize a multi-channel acquisition roadmap and marketing budget
• Define KPIs and dashboards for CAC LTV funnel conversion and retention
• Develop bold differentiated campaigns that stand out in the prop trading space
• Channel Ownership
• Lead hands-on execution of paid media email/SMS affiliate and landing pages
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns with a strong experimentation mindset
• Launch lifecycle programs to improve activation retention and repeat spend
• Innovation
• Create and test unconventional growth ideas (competitions influencer events viral campaigns)
• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve conversion and onboarding
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and drive rapid optimization

Requirements
5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing ideally in fintech trading or regulated industries

Strong understanding of email marketing paid media social and conversion-focused web pages

Proven ability to both set strategy and execute quickly

Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and improving performance

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
