Are you the In-Home Behavioral Therapist weve been searching for In this role you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by supporting our clients to achieve their goals!
JRIs In-Home Behavioral Services program is a dedicated home-based initiative focused on coaching and modeling behavioral interventions for caregivers to manage their childs challenging behaviors. Our team collaborates closely with both the child and their family to complete Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop personalized behavior plans. Our trauma-informed treatment approach is grounded in behavioral principles and tailored to address the distinct needs of each child and family.
The scheduling for this role is flexible and can accommodate your work life balance!
JRI provides the training so that we will support you to collaborate with a team to deliver trauma-informed positive behavioral intervention to youth exhibiting challenging behaviors.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $50000 to $75000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- A Masters Degree in Psychology ABA Special Education Social Work or related field is required.
- Experience in counseling functional behavior assessment data tracking and implementation of behavioral interventions to address mental health needs.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills along with a familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn different electronic systems.
- Maintain a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
