Job Summary

Position Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Location: Ashburn VA
Duration: 31 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (09:15 AM 04:45 PM)
Pay Rate: $20$26 per hour

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant to provide in-home support to clients. The PCA will assist with daily living activities while ensuring the safety dignity and well-being of those under their care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility support
Provide personal hygiene care while maintaining client privacy dignity and respect
Support clients with meal preparation feeding assistance and hydration
Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to client care including laundry and tidying living areas
Help with safe transfers and ambulation including the use of mobility aids
Monitor and report changes in the clients physical condition behavior or mood to supervising personnel
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a PCA caregiver or similar role preferred
Compassionate patient and reliable
Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
