Traffic Sign Installer Seminole County FDOT

Creative Management Technology is seeking Traffic Sign Installer to install replace and
maintain roadway signs on FDOT projects.

Responsibilities:

Install and replace roadway signs with FDOT & MUTCD standards
Set sign posts using augers concrete and hand tools
Measure and align signs to proper height and offset
Perform basic sign maintenance and inspections
Work safely in active traffic zones following MOT plans
Operate and work safely with heavy equipment
Follow all safety policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Two or more years of driving with a demonstrated safe driving record.
Successfully pass a comprehensive background check criminal check and drug
test.
Ability to communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing.
Construction roadway or traffic control experience preferred
Experience operating or assisting with heavy equipment
Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor (lift to 50 lbs.)
Strong safety awareness
Valid drivers license required (CDL a plus)
FDOT MOT certification a plus
