Job Summary:
Coordinate the Universitys compliance with Title IX and other related discrimination laws and oversees the team responding to allegations of misconduct specifically sexual misconduct gender-based discrimination harassment intimate partner violence and stalking for students faculty and staff.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
Requires a relevant Bachelors Degree.
Experience:
Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience working with students faculty or staff to address issues of equity opportunity and diversity. Requires experience leading teams of dedicated professionals preferably in higher education. Strong communication written and interpersonal and analytical skills. Demonstrated commitment to preventing sexual misconduct required.
Preferred Qualifications: a Juris Doctorate or masters degree in student affairs higher education social work or counseling.
