We are searching for the best talent for R&D Software Project Manager.

Purpose:

We are seeking a technically strong R&D Software Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary development of nextgeneration medical device this role you will drive complex software and embedded system programs ensuring highquality execution crossfunctional alignment and successful global delivery.

You will be responsible for:

Managing endtoend development of complex software and embedded-system features coordinating firmware drivers and software engineering teams.
Managing project timelines risks resources and crossfunctional dependencies.
Collaborating closely with hardware regulatory quality validation and manufacturing teams.
Driving improvements to SDLC workflows and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Communicating project status risks and opportunities to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Supporting audits documentation quality and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Software Electrical Computer or related engineering field preferred.
5 years of experience in medical device new product development including software development is required.
Experience leading complex crossfunctional technical projects from concept through delivery.
Strong understanding of embedded systems and software development methodologies.
Demonstrated experience with SDLC frameworks (Agile Scrum Waterfall) and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
Excellent communication problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
PMP Scrum Master or similar certification is a plus.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$109000.00 - $174800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
