Role Overview:

Veranova is seeking a work order coordinator to utilise our Computer Maintenance Management System produce and help coordinate our weekly/daily work plans and ensure all legal compliance activities are scheduled and communicated in a timely manner.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Produce weekly/daily work order packs for a multi disciplined team whilst ensuring all work tasks are carried out in a timely manner

  • Work with production scheduler and plant leads to identify optimum timing for the execution of maintenance activities

  • Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

  • Raise relevant planned maintenance deviations and deferrals on our Quality Management System

  • Control and manage the archiving of completed work orders

  • Engage with third party contractors to ensure site attendance to execute work tasks in a timely manner

  • Ensure the timely calibration of portable instruments associated with maintenance team

  • Ensure continued and ongoing GMP compliance

  • Identify opportunities to streamline work order process and improve efficiency

  • Support reliability initiatives by providing accurate data for analysis


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
  • Experience of working in a GMP maintenance environment on a chemical/pharmaceutical production facility.
  • Experience in working with CMMS and QMS.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills across different levels of a business.
  • Strong IT and computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
