Job requirements

    • Supervise the order management team and ensure accurate entry and processing of sales orders in SAP. Oversee Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and pricing uploads within SAP. Ensure maintenance of field contracts sample orders and return processing for retailers. Monitor order status resolve discrepancies and handle customer complaints related to order fulfillment. Audit digital catalogs and ensure data accuracy across SAP-integrated systems. Lead digital product launches and coordinate release schedules. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Finance Logistics Customer Service) to resolve order-related issues. Establish and monitor operational metrics (e.g. order accuracy cycle time fulfillment rate). Evaluate system performance and recommend updates or automation improvements in SAP. Maintain documentation for all order management processes including SOPs and reporting templates. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Finance or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Order Management or Operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Hands-on experience with SAP Order Management modules (SD MM CLM). Strong understanding of pricing contracts and digital catalog management in SAP. Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel. Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Certifications such as APICS PMP CPIM or ITIL. Experience with Sterling OMS Oracle or other ERP systems is a plus. Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
