Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical and functional support for the Partner Portal and PRM backend including configuration user assistance and troubleshooting.
Translate business requirements from Channel Sales and Marketing teams into technical specifications for IT/Development teams.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (CRM Marketing Channel Sales Analytics etc.) to deliver system improvements and operational efficiency.
Support Channel Operations activities such as Cloud Marketplace performance tracking and SKU optimization.
Assist in preparing user documentation and supporting change management for partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2 years of experience in project coordination business operations or partner/channel roles
Experience working with CRM PRM or similar business platforms is a strong advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel Teams Outlook).
Understanding partner business models is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English with ability to work across cultures time zones.
Proactive structured and able to work independently in a globally distributed team

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience with CRM Dynamics Power BI or partner ecosystem tools.
Background in IT business analysis or program management.
