As ourMarketing Specialist/Manager for CEEyoullown marketing strategy and executionfor Czechia and Slovakiaand to other regions in the future.Youre the bridge between our global team and local sales. You will closely cooperate with ourHead of SalesLenka Hankovcová and Global Marketing ManagerFilip Gregoracross local market activities.

Whatyoullbedoing
- Build and execute the CEE marketing strategy from planning through tracking what actually works to hands-on delivery
- Own events end-to-end: pick conferences create events (roundtables meet-ups) handle logistics and follow up
- Build our digital presence with strong content: our website blogs case studies testimonials newsletter LinkedIn content all relevant for Czech/Slovak audiences
- Partner with sales consultant and the global team to figure out what resonates and create materials that support the business
- Manage the regional marketing budget and track results to find whats working (and what isnt)
Whatwerelookingfor
- B2B marketer with at least 3 years of experience who can both strategize and execute
- Team player who collaborates across departments internationally Czech and English is necessary
- Strong communicator who can take complex data &AI topics and explain them in ways that resonate and stick
- Self-starter who brings ideas tries new things and doesnt wait for step-by-step instructions
- Organized you can prep & run a campaign or event from start to finish without dropping the details
- Genuinely curious about data AI and tech (dont need to be an expert just willing to learn)
- If youve worked with these technologies before thats a plus HubSpot Canva Google Ads & Google Analytics
- Were ideally looking for someone who can jump in as soon as possible preferably no later than March
