Job Summary

Head of Digital Marketing: Come lead an international team and one of the largest performance budgets in the Czech Republic

We are looking for a senior colleague for whom an annual spend of around 20 million EUR is an interesting professional challenge. As our new Head of Digital Marketing at Heureka you will take responsibility for the complete performance-based digital footprint of the entire group. Its not just about performance its about strategically linking performance and brand international cooperation and working with a huge volume of data that is unparalleled in our region.

What awaits you here

Strategic Steering Wheel: You will oversee all performance marketing and more. Your goal is to deliver maximum ROAS traffic and margin for the entire group.
Team Leadership: You will lead 12 skilled colleagues (5 direct reports). Your role will be to set goals provide mentoring and report to the CMO (Board Member).
Broad Scope of Topics: In addition to classics like SEM (Google Bing) and Social you will manage our affiliate program CSS programs and co-branded campaigns with partners.
Technological Background: We work with the largest product catalog (over 4.5 million) which we send to paid channels. Automation modern tools and AI are standard for us not a goal.
Close Collaboration: You will be a key partner for the product BI (attribution measurement) finance and commercial teams.

What do we expect from you

Experience in Large E-commerce: You have 10 years in marketing and Google Ads (including PLA) is second nature to you.
Analytical Mindset: You make decisions based on data. Working with Google Analytics or Looker Studio is not a problem for you and BigQuery is not foreign to you.
Ability to Lead People: You have experience with management in an international environment and can lead with influence across departments.
Openness to Innovation: You enjoy following trends in automation and AI and looking for ways to practically use them in marketing.
High-Level English (C1): Because your team and influence extend far beyond the borders of the Czech Republic.
