As the Trade Advocacy Center of Excellence (CoE) expands its global impact SIP (Share. Inspire. Pioneer.) plays a defining role in elevating trade engagement and building long-term advocacy at scale. SIP is the Pernod Ricard Global Trade Advocacy Platform for celebrating bartender/hospitality culture strengthening trade relationships and inspiring the next generation of industry talent.

This role brings SIP to life across markets through world-class program design global coordination and flagship execution.

About the role

We are hiring a Global Trade Engagements Manager for SIP to lead the global execution evolution and expansion of SIP and its flagship programs. Sitting at the heart of the Trade Advocacy CoE this role ensures SIP remains culturally relevant operationally excellent and strategically aligned with Pernod Ricards ambition to champion hospitality worldwide.

You will define global standards toolkits and experience frameworks coordinate market activation and lead the flagship Supernova program crafting iconic moments that build credibility with the bartender community and reinforce Pernod Ricards position in the world of drinks culture.

This is a high-impact highly collaborative role for a strategic program leader who can turn vision into scalable execution and inspire teams across markets.

Whats involved

Lead the Global SIP Program with Vision & Purpose

SIP sits at the heart of our Trade Advocacy CoE - a platform designed to celebrate craft deepen relationships and inspire the global bartender community. You will guide SIPs evolution and ensure it continues to be a symbol of Pernod Ricards commitment to hospitality culture worldwide.

  • Deliver the global SIP program with clarity and ambition ensuring its purpose is felt consistently across markets including Supernova MentorSIP SIPwatch Scholarship Open House and any future pillars that evolve with the platform.

  • Translate SIPs strategic direction into annual priorities operating frameworks and execution plans that markets can bring to life with confidence.

  • Define SIPs global roadmap standards and governance giving markets the structure they need while leaving space for creativity and local flair.

  • Engage directly with markets to drive adoption strengthen execution and ensure SIP becomes a signature part of how Pernod Ricard shows up for the trade.

  • Your work ensures that every SIP pillar becomes a signature experience that inspires bartenders and strengthens our global advocacy footprint.

Elevate SIP Supernova as a Flagship Cultural Moment

  • Lead the global design of Supernova: its competition format experience principles judging model storytelling and community engagement.

  • Craft culturally resonant moments that strengthen our bond with the global bartender community and reflect the spirit of our brands.

  • Partner with markets Brand Homes Bartender Community teams judges and external talent to ensure the program feels world-class from concept through execution.

  • Expand participation and engagement by ensuring Supernova is compelling relevant and synonymous with excellence within the trade.

  • You are the guardian of Supernovas magic ensuring it remains iconic influential and deeply connected to the people shaping hospitality.

Design World-Class Toolkits Experiences & Frameworks

To elevate advocacy at scale great ideas must become great tools. You will turn SIPs vision into modular beautifully crafted frameworks that markets can adopt confidently consistently and creatively.

  • Develop best-in-class SIP playbooks that bring all program pillars to life.

  • Build storytelling competition and experience components that reinforce SIP principles and On-premise relevance.

  • Create frameworks that ensure every SIP activation whether a flagship moment or a local expression feels premium intentional and unmistakably Pernod Ricard.

  • Integrate SIPs experience model with the broader on-premise strategy and bartender community initiatives enabling ambassadors brand teams and market partners to execute from one unified playbook.

  • Use insights performance learnings and market/bartender feedback to continually refine and elevate the SIP platform ensuring it remains culturally relevant and operationally effortless to deliver.

  • SIP is only as strong as the markets who activate it your leadership ensures they have the tools clarity and inspiration to deliver it brilliantly.

Your background

Youre a strategic culturally aware program leader who understands the energy of the on-trade and the craft of bartenders. You can translate big ambition into clear frameworks and you love shaping experiences that feel meaningful premium and culturally relevant. You work confidently across markets and teams bringing clarity momentum and inspiration to complex global programs.

You have:

  • Experience (8 yrs) leading global or multi-market programs in trade engagement advocacy competitions or hospitality

  • Strong understanding of bartender culture and on-trade dynamics

  • Skill in program design toolkit development and structured execution Ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed teams and senior stakeholders

  • Clear compelling communication and storytelling abilities

  • Strong planning organization and prioritization skills

  • A global mindset and cultural intelligence
