Experience and Skills needed:
- Experience inmanaging day-to-day website update including publishing content images and pages using a CMS (Eg. GovTech Optical).
- Understanding in using web analytics tools to monitor traffic and performance.
- Experience in performing ticket triaging escalation and resolution in accordance with SLAs using a ticketing system (Eg. JIRA).
- Able to create and maintain relevant knowledge repository on systems processes and queries.
