RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide DCS/SIS SCADA/FastsTool/STARDOM & ExaQuantum product after sales service support to Internal/External customers.
• Receives and processes customer orders inquiries and/or complaints covering items or products ordered and supports customers through specialized technical or scientific knowledge/product applications.
• Maintains an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff particularly those focused on technical applications of the product or service.
• Manage and Communicate with Local country office & YHQ Global Response Centre to solve problems or issues.
• Global Dispatch support for YCO Troubleshooting/commissioning to meet customer satisfaction.
• Perform 24 hours standby duties which include emergency oversea dispatch in short notice.
• Assist Response Center Manager to handle and follow up with crisis-report service note complex issue & affiliate dispatch request etc.

Requirements

• At least 4-6 years experience with control system engineering such as Centum-VP Prosafe-RS SCADA STARDOM ExaQuantum/Exaopc/PI/PXiSE or PLC engineering or equivalent.
• Good Servicing & Maintenance troubleshooting skill set with experience in Distributed Control System Prosafe-RS & Networking (L2/L3/Firewall)
