TheCustomer ReportingSpecialistwill be an integral part of the Analytics team supporting stakeholder reporting needs using business travel data aligned to strategic business priorities. This role focuses on producingaccuratetimelyreporting monitoring data quality and supporting continuous improvement through standardized processes and documentation.

What Youll Do

• Create andmaintainrecurringandadhocreports for stakeholders using approved tools and data sources
• ManageITSMtoolsupporting CustomerMI travel data report production ensuring accuracy timeliness and adherence to defined standardsescalating issues as appropriate
• Perform ongoing data quality checks to proactivelyidentifyissues and support resolution with cross-functional teams
• Provide day-to-day reporting support and engage with stakeholders asrequiredoperatingwitha strong senseof urgency
• Assistin the creation and maintenance of job aids runbooks and process documentation related to reporting workflows and data validations
• Supportwith process improvementinitiatives
• Adhere to Statements of Work delivery commitments and productivity expectations whilemaintainingcustomer satisfaction goals

What Were Looking For

• Go-getterwho is quick learner energetic curious creative and proactive
• Bachelors degreewhere course work could include (either):SQL programmingstatistics travel business administration finance economics and mathematics
• Must have3 years of relevant work experience in data reporting & analytics travel industry preferred.
• Proficiencyin MS Office SuiteFoundational experience with SQL for querying and validating data
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with Alteryx or similar data preparation tools
• Strongproblem-solvingability with a structured analytical approach
• Understanding of relational databases and data structures
• Ability to follow defined processes document steps clearly and learn complex systems over time
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and present/discuss work results in a compelling manner.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
• Excellent time management skillsrequired including abilityto manage multiplepriorities and work in a fast paced multi-project environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including those needed to support customers in other regions
