Door-to-Door Marketing Representative Vaughan Student Painting Vaughan &Thornhill Areas
CALLING ALL EXTROVERTS
This is not a casual canvassing job.
Were building a small driven marketing team to fuel the growth of a high-performing residential painting business and were looking for people who want responsibility pressure and the chance to outperform the average.
Im a 4th-year University of Guelph student running and scaling a local painting business and Im looking for marketers who take pride in their work communicate confidently with homeowners and enjoy competing against their own potential.
What Youll Be Doing
Representing the brand face-to-face in residential neighbourhoods
Initiating professional respectful conversations with homeowners
Generating qualified leads and booking estimates
Tracking performance metrics and continuously improving your approach
Working independently while being held to clear standards and expectations
This role rewards effort consistency and mindset.
Who This Role Is For
This position is best suited for someone who:
Enjoys being outside and talking to people
Is comfortable with rejection and sees it as feedback not failure
Wants a role where performance actually matters.
Takes ownership and doesnt need to be micromanaged
Is motivated by goals competition and measurable results
You dont need prior door-to-door experience but you do need resilience coachability and a strong work ethic.

What It Takes
Minimum of 3 canvassing shifts per week (34 hours each)
Weekly check-ins with a manager or coach
Coachable attitude and willingness to take feedback
Strong work ethic and desire to earn
Access to a vehicle or reliable transportation
Compensation
$1825 per hour
Results-based pay and incentives
Competitions with prizes
No experience necessary. Training is provided.
