Who are we looking for
Were looking for aSalesforce Data Administratorto join the Marketing and Communications team. The roles primary function would be to ensure the highest data quality and integrity through governance auditing validation and hygiene best practices across the CRM and Marketing Automation ecosystem.
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Oversee and improve Salesforce (both client and marketing) data hygiene processes ensuring data accuracy completeness and consistency
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain high data quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity throughout the data lifecycle
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management and hygiene methodologies
- Proactively update your manager on work progress improvement opportunities potential issues and other relevant info
- Develop and maintain collaborative and positive relationships with your team shared Finance and other IS teams
- Continually build your knowledge of GHDs business and technologies (particularly in the Clients and Marketing space) and keep up to date on industry trends and technologies
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in data analysis with strong focus on data hygiene and governance
- Handson experience with CRM and Salesforce Account Engagement
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions: demonstrate expertise in utilizing fuzzy logic for data matching and approximate string comparisons implementingVLOOKUP for efficient data retrieval and lookup operations and creating and managing complex pivot tables for dynamic data analysis and reporting
- Proven track record of improving data quality and implementing data governance frameworks
Desirable:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Information Systems Data/Analytics
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot/MCAE)
- Basic SQL
Work schedule:Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Hybrid 3 days a week in the office
This job offer is based in Makati City.
