Job Summary
- With experience as Certified Safety Officer 4(DOLE-accredited training). Minimum of 46 years of experience in occupational health and safety preferably in a BPO manufacturing or industrial environment
- Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health Engineering Environmental Science or related field
- Knowledgeable inHIRAC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment & Control)andJHA (Job Hazard Analysis)
- In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations OSHA standards and environmental compliance requirements
- Familiar withDOLE OSH standards toolbox meetings safety audits and incident reporting
- Experience in developing implementing and monitoring workplace safety programs
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments safety audits and incident investigations
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills >Excellent communication and training skills to conduct safety orientations and workshops
- Ability to enforce safety policies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive detail-oriented and able to manage multiple safety initiatives simultaneously
- Good communication skills and can coordinate with engineers supervisors and workers
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and implementHealth and Safety programs HIRAC and JHAfor site activities
Conducttoolbox meetings safety orientations and inspections
Monitor site compliance with safety rules and laws
Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
Coordinate with safety team and management
