Job Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end procurement and sourcing for EPC projects ensuring on-time delivery cost control and compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source materials equipment and services for EPC / automation / electrical / instrumentation projects.
- Manage OEMs distributors and subcontractors (local & international).
- Issue RFQs evaluate bids prepare comparisons and support PO finalization.
- Prioritize long-lead items to protect project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with approved datasheets specifications and contract terms.
- Coordinate inspections (FAT/TPI) expediting logistics and deliveries.
- Track procurement budgets lead times and risks.
- Maintain procurement trackers and provide regular status updates.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical).
- 58 years procurement experience in EPC or industrial projects.
- Experience with OEM sourcing inspections logistics and LC-based procurement.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
- Project-driven and schedule-focused mindset.
- Good commercial and technical understanding.
- Proficient in Excel ERP/Procurement systems.
- Clear communication and reporting skills.
Preferred (Advantage)
- Experience in automation oil & gas utilities or infrastructure EPC projects.
