The Retail Pricing Analyst will support a US-based client operating gas stations and grocery stores. This role focuses on executing retail pricing activities validating promotions and ensuring vendor charges are accurate. The analyst will work closely with the Pricing Team Lead and client teams to maintain pricing accuracy compliance and efficiency across multiple retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review supplier quotes invoices and pricing details to ensure accuracy
- Validate promotional pricing (including regulated categories such as cigarettes) to confirm correct vendor charges
- Support communication with vendors to resolve discrepancies and confirm pricing agreements
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure pricing strategies are implemented correctly
- Maintain records of vendor performance and pricing compliance
- Prepare and update pricing reports dashboards and summaries for internal and client use
- Ensure adherence to client policies and US retail procurement standards
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field
- 0.51 year of experience in pricing analysis procurement or finance (BPO experience with US clients preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Power BI or similar tools
- Familiarity with procurement platforms and retail pricing processes
- Understanding of US retail procurement practices and vendor management basics
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work independently meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
Preferred Attributes
- Experience supporting US-based retail clients ideally grocery or convenience stores
- Exposure to promotional pricing validation and retail cost analysis
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
