WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Automation Support Associate youll work at the intersection of science data and innovation. Youll collaborate with world-class experts across domains to build high-impact digital solutions that accelerate research streamline operations and empower better patient outcomes.

In this vital role within Digital Technology and Innovation (DTI) you will you work as a technologist to support and resolve day to day issues across a wide variety of solutions partnering with a diverse international team. You will have the ability to cross train on core technologies and further develop your skills in the areas that interest you most. Working across business functions no two days will be the same as you respond to critical issues and resolve business problems.

Lets do this. Lets change the this vital role you will:

• Exposure to any of the following technical areas: Integration/ETL/InformaticaCSharp Planisware Tableau CognosMulesoftSharepoint Desktop Installation One Trust Dynatrace Cloud Computing (AWS/ Microsoft Azure/GCP) Python DevOps Salesforce

• Experience in reading/understanding Quick Reference Guides or Knowledgebase Documents (QRGs and KBs) and knowledge articles regarding application support and maintenance

• Familiar with Agile principles and processes

• Leverage best practices disciplined approaches and standards to solving technical problems.

• Perform application monitoring debug optimization and refinement.

• Apply standard methodologies and experience to build develop and customize applications

• Conduct software preventative maintenance (SRT testing) patching and upgrades where required

• Respond to adhoc application service and reporting requests

• Manage Incident response and resolution

• Work in a fast-paced changing environment under pressure balancing multiple assignments simultaneously

Basic Qualifications:

• Masters degree

• OR

• Bachelors degree and 2 years of relevant experience

• OR

• Associates degree and 6 years of relevant experience

• Or

• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of relevant

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using deploying and/or supporting applications in a pharmaceutical or biotech company is desirable.

• Ability to work in highly collaborative cross-functional environments

• Experience in Software Engineering and Development

• Strong learning agility ability to pick up new technologies

• Solid experience working with agile methodology & DevOps (Jenkins JIRA GitHub) frameworks with successful experience working in a collaborative team environment

• A thorough understanding of web services data modeling and enterprise application integration concepts.
