Mission
The Replenishment Planning Manager plays a pivotal role within the Management entity Supply Chain Centre (ME SCC) acting as the bridge between day-to-day operational replenishment execution and regional planning leadership. This role oversees the accuracy consistency and performance of replenishment plans across Market Companies ensuring optimal service levels inventory health customer satisfaction and seamless integration with the broader S&OP and transformation agenda.
The position combines hands-on planning expertise with co-ordination and coaching responsibilities providing guidance to Replenishment Planners while contributing to the continuous improvement and harmonisation of regional standardized processes introduced through the companys Infinity Transformation Programme. The Replenishment Planning Manager will ensure adherence to planning parameters drive mid term planning consolidation and manage critical exceptions requiring cross functional alignment. This role will be a part of the Supply Chain Centre Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
Replenishment Planning Leadership
- Oversee the development and execution of replenishment plans across assigned MCs ensuring parameters (lead times MOQ Safety stock SSOS inventory policies) are correctly applied
- Ensure accuracy of intercompany orders and net requirement calculations
- Maintain visibility of stock projections identifying risks and supporting corrective actions
- Review and validate Planners outputs and ensure consistency in routines and methodologies
Mid-Term Planning & S&OP Integration
- Consolidate mid-term replenishment plans and inventory scenarios including risks and opportunities
- Provide ME-level replenishment inputs for pre-S&OP and S&OP cycles
- Align with demand planning supply and capacity planning allocation and MC stakeholders on inventory and coverage decisions
- Support scenario analysis for prioritization and constrained supply situations
Exception Management and Escalation
- Serve as the first escalation point for replenishment related exceptions raised by Planners (demand shifts supply constraints capacity issues)
- Facilitate cross functional trade-off decisions in coordination with BCs GSC and allocation SMEs
- Propose and validate inventory rebalancing and SSOS actions based on regional needs
Process Excellence Standardization and Data Governance
- Support implementation of harmonized replenishment processes S&OE routines and DDMRP practices introduced under the ME operating model
- Ensure data quality & consistency across planning tools and BI Dashboards
- Contribute to the development and update of SOPs standard routines and training materials
- Coach & upskill Replenishment Planners promoting best practice behaviors and continuous improvement
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the coordination link between Replenishment Planners and broader Supply Chain Teams
