The Opportunity:
We are hiring a full-time Medical Office Coordinator for our Anesthesia department. You will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct
Performs a variety of functions in the medical office including communicating with patients providers and internal and external contacts.
Collecting patient procedure payments making patient calls verifying insurance and other patient data is accurate.
Reviewing procedure summaries for accurate documentation.
Scanning and/or uploading patient information to patients electronic chart.
Able to provide backup for other positions and functions in the medical office including medical records scheduling insurance verification and patient referrals etc.
Will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.
Assists with provider credentialing.
