What Youll Be Doing
Operate haul trucks and mobile equipment to safely and efficiently move materials on site.
Conduct pre and postoperation inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
Follow designated haul routes traffic controls and safety procedures at all times.
Support production activities by coordinating with loader operators and plant personnel.
Adjust driving and operation based on road weather and worksite conditions.

Capability to operate haul units safely and maintain control in various conditions.
Strong commitment to safety situational awareness and proper equipment operation practices.
Ability to follow directions understand haul patterns and maintain consistent productivity.
Effective communication and teamwork skills in an active production environment.
Ability to work outdoors and adapt to shifting work demands.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
