- Partner closely with the CEO playing an active role in business leadership and strategy

Who Belongs In This Seat:
- CA(SA) qualified
- 10 to 12 yearsin a financial management role with5 years at executive level
- Provensenior leadershipand people management experience
- Services industry experiencenon-negotiable
- StrongM&A exposure
- Board of Directors experience
- Deep understanding ofmulti-entity consolidated reporting
- Commercial decisive influential not just technically brilliant
