Job Summary
Plant Manager Manufacturing
Conroe TX
Were hiring an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Conroe facility. This role has full responsibility for safety quality delivery cost and profitability while aligning plant performance with corporate goals.
What Youll Do
Lead all plant operations including manufacturing engineering materials and customer service
Own P&L operating budgets and capital planning
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety environmental and company standards
Develop and lead plant teams in a non-union environment
Partner with Engineering Sales and Supply Chain to meet customer needs
What Were Looking For
10 years in manufacturing operations including 3 years as a Plant Manager
Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement background
Proven leadership budgeting and P&L experience
Spanish fluency required
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
