POSITION SUMMARY

(The official title is Commercial Lines Support Service Advisor)

Watkins is a relationship-driven agency where expertise teamwork and service excellence matter. We are hiring a Support Service Advisor to join our Commercial Lines department and help us deliver the client experience we are known for.

This role is designed for someone early in their insurance career who wants to learn commercial insurance from the inside out. You will work closely with your team to keep accounts moving maintain accurate records and support timely service for our commercial clients.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Process with Precision: Complete policy changes endorsements cancellations and reinstatements accurately and on time.
• Provide proof of coverage: Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards to ensure clients stay compliant and operational.
• Keep Work Moving: Work open activities daily manage incoming mail emails and carrier documentation to meet service timelines and prevent delays.
• Uphold Accuracy: Maintain organized current and complete records to support service standards and compliance
• Contribute to Client Satisfaction: Help ensure a smooth positive experience by following workflows and supporting your team in delivering prompt accurate service.
  

WHAT YOU BRING

• Active P&C License (not required at time of hire)
• 1 year Customer Service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Solid communication organization and follow-through

Preferred

• Applied EPIC experience
• Commercial Lines insurance experience (agency setting)
• Knowledge of Commercial Lines coverages
