Reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services this role sits at the intersection of ICT strategy cybersecurity systems delivery and stakeholder leadership.

The opportunity

This is a senior ICT leadership role with real scope. Youll own Anchors ICT roadmap end-to-end lead cyber and information management capability and deliver practical high-impact solutions in a cloud-first environment.

Youll work closely with executives end users and external partners to modernise systems lift digital adoption and ensure technology is secure scalable and fit for purpose.

What youll be doing

Owning and delivering Anchors ICT Strategic Plan.
Leading ICT operations projects and service delivery.
Acting as the internal technical authority across systems infrastructure and platforms.
Driving cloud collaboration and productivity tool adoption.
Leading cybersecurity governance incident response and risk management.
Implementing frameworks such as Essential Eight / ISO 27001.
Managing vendors contracts budgets and asset lifecycles.
Translating business needs into pragmatic well-designed solutions.
Coaching and mentoring ICT staff and building a high-performing function.

What youll bring

Youre a confident ICT leader who combines strong technical knowledge with commercial judgement and clear communication.

Youll likely have:

A degree in Computer Science Information Systems or similar.
5 years (ideally 10) experience in senior ICT roles.
Proven delivery of ICT strategy and complex projects.
Strong experience in cloud-based environments.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity threats controls and governance.
Experience balancing structure and risk in a small or mid-sized organisation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capability.

Experience in the not-for-profit or community sector is welcome but not essential.
