Job Summary
Description
- Conducting comprehensive analyses of organizational workflows and performance metrics to identify areas for increased efficiency and cost reduction
- Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize business processes and supporting overall mission effectiveness
- Preparing detailed analytical reports and strategic briefs for senior management highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations
- Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure alignment of operational initiatives with strategic objectives and contract requirements
- Monitoring ongoing performance and providing continuous feedback for process adjustments to uphold decision-making excellence

Requirements
- 10 plus years experience in a management analyst role
- Three plus years experience must be with communication systems networks or technologies
- Masters degree in a related field
- Demonstrated capability in evaluating organizational processes identifying inefficiencies and formulating improvement strategies in line with DoD requirements
- Proficient in applying both quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to assess operational performance and drive process optimization
- Skilled in developing comprehensive reports and presentations that convey data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
- Possess an active DoD secret security clearance
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI) to enhance reporting accuracy and operational forecasting
- Proven leadership potential with the ability to mentor junior analysts and foster cross-departmental collaboration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively liaising with stakeholders and presenting analytical findings
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Six Sigma) to support continuous organizational enhancement

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
