Join our team at Audi Melbourne as a Service Technician located in West Melbourne this role you will play a critical part in maintaining the high standards of service and quality our customers expect. Your expertise will help ensure that every vehicle serviced meets Audis performance and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Audi vehicles accurately and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes brake inspections and tire rotations.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle problems.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with service advisors and customers.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive service technician preferably with Audi or similar luxury vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems mechanical diagnosis and repair techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals service bulletins and diagnostic reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications or ASE accreditation is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
