BAYADA Home Health Care is seekingRegistered Nurses (RNs)to completein-home assessment visitsfor our clients. These visits focus solely on assessing thehome environmentto ensure it is safe and appropriate for care. This position doesnotinclude HHA supervision competency evaluations or caregiver interaction.
What Youll Do:
Complete in-home assessments focused on safety accessibility and care readiness
Evaluate the home environment to ensure compliance with care standards
Accurately document findings in a timely manner
Communicate assessment outcomes to the clinical team as needed
Work independently while following BAYADA policies and guidelines
What This Role IsNot:
No Home Health Aide supervision
No HHA skills or competency assessments
No bedside nursing or shift work
No direct patient care beyond the assessment visit

What Were Looking For:
Active RN license (state-specific)
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Home care experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation for local home visits

Compensation:
$68 per visit
