Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel and asolid understanding of general accounting principles

Salary: $/year depending on experience

This is a hybrid opening (3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in QuickBooks
Prepare monthly quarterly and year-end financial statements
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Assist with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
Create and maintain financial reports using Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas)
Support month-end and year-end close activities
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
4-10 years related work experience

$80000 - $95000 a year
