Technical Comms Specialist

Job Description:
You will lead a complete overhaul of customer support documentation for four core fintech and asset management platforms. This critical role grants you full autonomy to build a technical communication strategy from the ground up creating high-impact written and video content that improves user experience and scales support operations for a growing enterprise.

Location: Bedford UK

What you will do:

Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing support patterns and create a unified internal knowledge base.
Build a customer-facing help center featuring clear onboarding guides troubleshooting FAQs and API documentation.
Produce engaging video tutorials and visual guides while establishing long-term documentation standards and style guides.

The ideal candidate:

3 years of technical writing experience specifically within the B2B SaaS sector.
Proven ability to translate complex technical workflows into user-friendly content across multiple formats.
Proficiency with modern documentation platforms (e.g. GitBook Intercom) and video creation tools like Loom.
