Job Summary
Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the mechanical electrical and public health elements on a major data centre project in The Netherlands. This is a technically complex and fast-paced build requiring a strong leader with a deep understanding of mission-critical systems and high-quality delivery.
Working for a global construction contractor youll play a key role in managing subcontractors interfacing with design teams and ensuring that all MEP systems are delivered safely on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical packages across the full project lifecycle
Coordinate with design consultants and BIM teams to ensure buildability and system integration
Lead MEP subcontractor meetings and interface with site and project managers
Monitor progress against programme identify delays and implement recovery plans
Oversee quality assurance inspections testing and commissioning of MEP systems
Ensure full compliance with health safety and environmental regulations
Support commercial teams with variations valuations and progress reports
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience as an MEP Manager or MEP Lead
Proven experience on data centre high-tech or industrial projects
Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS LV/MV BMS HVAC etc.)
Ability to manage subcontractors and liaise with multiple stakeholders
Fluent English essential; Dutch language skills highly desirable
EU passport or valid Dutch work permit required
