Job Summary

As a Senior Test Manager you will:

Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Define and execute test strategies test plans and quality frameworks aligned with project goals.
Oversee the execution of test cases ensuring accurate documentation of results defects and progress.
Prepare quality assessments reports and metrics and provide go/no-go recommendations based on test outcomes.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams stakeholders and external parties for all testing-related activities.
Coordinate and manage testing roles responsibilities and deliverables across multiple teams.
Develop and maintain detailed work plans including status tracking and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
Drive test automation and functional testing initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage.
Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions by enforcing best practices and continuous improvement in testing processes.

What You Bring to the Table:

810 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Manager leading end-to-end testing activities.
At least 3 years of experience managing and mentoring testing teams.
Strong expertise in test planning test strategies and quality management frameworks.
Proven experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience in functional testing and test automation.
Strong analytical reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring quality and delivery timelines.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Lead and coordinate complex testing programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Make data-driven decisions using test metrics defect analysis and quality reports.
Effectively communicate testing status risks and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage and mentor teams while ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes tools and methodologies.
