We are inviting applications for the role of Manager -Record to Report!
In this role we require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in Record to Report- Servicing of Loans & Leasing portfolio which would primarily involve account maintenance bank reconciliations payment processing invoicing and investor reporting.
Responsibilities
Team handling experience and experience of performing RTR month end close
Provide R2R transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy completeness and timeliness daily
Process Standard Monthly Journal
Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation
Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review
Execute projects detail work and ensure all reporting requirement are met.
Ensure all activities on the MEC are updated.
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation
Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team Lead
Assist and support the Team Leads in the implementation of project initiatives e.g. CERPs
Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service.
Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times.
Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely responsible and proactive manner.
Identify recommend and implement solutions upon Team Leads confirmation for continuous improvement opportunities.
Support new and existing team members through accurate knowledge transfer; sharing of resource knowledge and experience and standard methodology thereby ensuring quality is maintained through any staff transition.
Strong Analytical skills to understand process issues and provide solution basis on process requirements.
Drive Continuous improvements by quality initiatives.

Others
Ensure all SLAs/KPIs are met as per agreed in client contract.
SOPs to referred while processing and all recent changes are updated immediately.
Errors are reported on the error tracker on daily basis.
All knowledge gaps are reported to FLM to seek guidance.
