Our Conservation Programs Heritage and Regulation Group (CPHR) is currently seeking a Manager Policy and Briefings for a 12-month opportunity to cover a period of leave.
As the Manager Policy and Briefings you will provide highlevel executive support within the Deputy Secretarys Office coordinating the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely policy advice briefing notes meeting support and parliamentary material.
About You
You will have demonstrated experience providing highquality policy advice and coordinating executive and Ministerial briefings in a complex government environment.
You bring a strong understanding of government protocols governance approvals processes and parliamentary requirements along with the ability to manage competing priorities exercise sound judgement and handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion. With welldeveloped written and interpersonal skills you can translate complex issues into clear concise advice and build effective working relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
You will also have experience leading and supporting a small team fostering a collaborative and responsive working culture focused on delivering timely accurate and wellconsidered outcomes.
