THE ROLE
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at DEPT you will play a critical role in driving growth for our Partnerships organization across the Americas. This entry-level high-impact position focuses on pipeline development account research outbound outreach and supporting partner-led and DEPT-led events to open new opportunities with priority enterprise and mid-market accounts.
You will collaborate closely with our Partnerships Directors Account Executives and cross-functional teams to identify target accounts conduct account mapping and execute personalized outreach sequences. Youll also support partner motions such as Adobe Shopify Optimizely and Google by helping drive audience acquisition for events identifying overlap opportunities in Crossbeam and surfacing warm introductions. This is a fast-paced externally facing role designed for someone who is energised by storytelling relationship building and creating the early sparks that turn into transformative client partnerships.
