Your unique contribution

As the National On-Premise Manager you will be responsible for creating and implementing the strategy for PRNZs On-Premise channel. You will lead and develop a high-performing team manage major On-Premise customers and oversee significant event properties. This role requires a deep understanding of the On-Premise channel commercial business drivers and consumer trends.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive On-Premise strategy to achieve growth and brand development goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key On-Premise customers and agency partners.

  • Oversee sales targets monitor performance and manage operational expenses trade investments and promotional costs within budget.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing Commercial Finance and Supply Chain to deliver results

  • Drive a strong event strategy ensuring alignment with brand and commercial goals.

  • In-depth understanding of the On-Premise channel in New Zealand and strong relationships with key customers

  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience in leading change.

  • Flexibility to travel nationally and represent the company at key events.

  • Tertiary Qualification in Business (Commerce/ Finance)
