Were looking for an experienced Change Manager to design and deliver fit-for-purpose change experiences across medium to large-scale initiatives within a fast-paced Agile environment.

What youll be doing

• Design and execute outcome-driven change learning and communication plans using Suncorps Enterprise Change Management framework
• Partner with Tribe Leads Product Owners Delivery Leads Scrum Masters and senior stakeholders to ensure people impacts are understood and managed
• Deliver change activities across multiple initiatives squads or missions (including impact assessments communications engagement learning and reinforcement)
• Develop and deliver learning solutions to address capability gaps
• Create clear compelling communications that link delivery activities to strategic and customer outcomes
• Build strong relationships across Tribes Platforms and initiatives to meet delivery targets
• Coach and support SMEs Product Owners and leaders to embed effective change practices

What were looking for:

• Up to 5 years experience in project and change management
• Experience working in Agile or continuous delivery environments (preferred)
• Exposure to Insurance and/or Information Technology environments (preferred)

• Advanced communication presentation and storytelling skills
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influence
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering change artefacts
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a solution-focused mindset
• Experience creating engaging visual change and learning collateral (e.g. Canva PowerPoint)Top of Form
