ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our Commercial team and manage our customers within New Zealand.

You will be a part of a great team who are dedicated to superior customer solutions and support. You will enjoy a variety of activities and responsibilities including customer sales calls sales analysis and product education.

Regular sales meetings with the team will further support your success and provide you with the opportunity to contribute to customer solutions and business growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve quarterly and annual territory and supplier revenue targets
  • Visit established and prospective customers to maintain and develop strong relationships and educate them on the solutions that Big Green Surgical provides
  • Develop and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and liaise with the Country Manager Marketing team and commercial team to implement sales and supplier strategies
  • Report regularly on revenue performance to budget and variance analysis
  • Maintain complete and accurate customer data
  • Travel to and management of customers across different geographical locations
  • Represent the company at local and interstate conferences and customer events
  • Contribute to the organisational culture and continuous improvement of Big Green Surgical

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Tertiary qualifications in Science or Business desirable but not essential

Work experience in a medical device arena selling is desirable but not essential

Excellent written and oral communication

Excellent customer service

Strong time management and prioritisation

Strong presentation skills

Strong financial and analytical problem solving

Strong teamwork & project management

Self-motivated ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

Sales experience in a healthcare environment
