- Ensure excellent service delivery to stakeholders.
- Communicate escalation matrix for proper information dissemination in the event of any anomaly.
- Collation and submission of periodic reports on behalf of the business unit.
- Monitor weekly outstanding queries and follow up rigorously to ensure quality response and timely closure.
- Improve communication amongst stakeholders.
- Monitor SLA for Real Estate Services activities in ensuring that issues are promptly closed out.
- Manage progressive feedback to Business Units at designated intervals.
Qualifications :
- BSc Project Management/Architecture/ Building Construction or related field.
Experience
- Minimum of two years general banking experience.
- Experience identifying risk and assessing skills.
