WHAT YOULL DO
- Promote a learning and training environment for all kitchen members through a hands-on approach focusing on proper cooking techniques knife skills and time management to ensure service success
- Responsible for kitchen operations and to ensure the kitchen delivers exceptional culinary experience to our guests
- Help create a clean safe professional and upbeat environment
- Manage restaurant expenses ensuring budgetary compliance
- Maintain appropriate staff levels based on projected sales and business needs
- Be part of a kitchen where respect kindness and teamwork are how we work
REQUIREMENTS
- You have 5 years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience
- You have 3 years of high volume kitchen leadership experience
- You have a current food handlers card and other certifications as required by federal/state/local law.
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required frequently
- Routine standing for duration of shift
- Safely Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart blenders knives slices wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Salary Range: $85000 - $125000
