WHAT YOULL DO

Promote a learning and training environment for all kitchen members through a hands-on approach focusing on proper cooking techniques knife skills and time management to ensure service success
Responsible for kitchen operations and to ensure the kitchen delivers exceptional culinary experience to our guests
Help create a clean safe professional and upbeat environment
Manage restaurant expenses ensuring budgetary compliance
Maintain appropriate staff levels based on projected sales and business needs
Be part of a kitchen where respect kindness and teamwork are how we work

REQUIREMENTS

You have 5 years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience
You have 3 years of high volume kitchen leadership experience
You have a current food handlers card and other certifications as required by federal/state/local law.
Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
Bending/stooping/kneeling required frequently
Routine standing for duration of shift
Safely Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart blenders knives slices wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
Scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Salary Range: $85000 - $125000
