This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule which includes the ability to work from home while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis Missouri.

Responsibilities

The Cloud Office within Developer Services is the front door to teams looking to consume capabilities in the AWS and Azure clouds. Cloud Office responsibilities includefacilitatingthe Cloud Governance process stewarding the Cloud Strategy and setting standards and best practices for how teams shouldoperatein the cloud. The Cloud Office also engages with solution teams to provide consultation and guidance. This includes proactive engagement with DevOps teams cloud consultsroadmappingassistance and product management for new capabilities to the Cloud Platform automation and cloud reporting.Lastlythe Cloud Office owns and provides DevOps automation related to CICD cost optimization and other tasks performed by teamsoperatingin the cloud.

In thisunique role you willberesponsible fordeveloping interpreting reviewingvalidating documenting andmaintainingfunctional requirements.You will presentinformation andtrackandrespondto questions related to technical standards.In additionyou willparticipatein acceptance testingidentifypotential problems andassistwithresearchingopportunities to minimize complexity.Here you will serveas the primary interface between the user (ITengineers) and the Cloud Office team.In this unique roleyouwill alsolead/facilitatescrumceremoniesandplay a role in projectand releasemanagement.

AsanIT BusinessAnalyston the Cloud Office team you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Our customers are the development engineers within IT with a focusoncloud infrastructure. Our teams skills relate to building AWS (Amazon Web Services) and/or Microsoft Azure infrastructure using Terraform and continuous integration & deployment automation methodologies.Here youwill have the opportunity to help maximize the teams efficiency in delivering solutions that meet the non-functional requirements of our products such as security compliance performance and cost. Some of these opportunities may also include CI/CD and automation standardization along with cloud optimization efficiency.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Coordinates andfacilitatesmeetings to define key capabilities and requirements that will enable stakeholders to define technical strategy
  • Evaluates technical requests todeterminefeasibility; researches andidentifiesoptions that best serve technical needs
  • Provides information about how requirements may affect functional design documents
  • Serves as the primary interface between the user and the Cloud Office team; may beto present formal presentations to end users stakeholders and management
  • Conducts structured walkthroughs of requirements with leadership and project team members
  • Participates in user acceptance testing to ensure client/user needs are met
  • Identifiespotential problems that may arise with new or enhanced applications
  • Assistswith researching opportunities to minimize complexity byleveragingcurrent IT investments and seeking out cost effective solutions
  • Participates in change management activities including Q&A testing troubleshooting and investigation
  • Assistsinmanaging internalprojectsfor the Cloud Office team
  • Assistsin Scrum ceremonies andtrackingsprint story progression
  • Facilitatesrollout and onboarding of new products
  • Managesreleases of our products

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must reside in St. Louis Missouri or immediate surrounding area
  • Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
  • 2 yearsofIT related experience
  • ExperiencewithITprojectcoordinationand/or IT product management(definingscope andobjectivesfor newprojects trackingtasks/storiesprioritizingworkassistingwithteam roadmapstakeholder management etc.)
  • Professional experience partnering across alarge ITorganization
  • Professionalexperience gathering and documenting requirements from users and/or stakeholders
  • Professionalexperience communicating information between engineers and stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Information Systems Management Information Systems or related field preferred
  • AWS or cloud project experience
  • DevOps project experience
