Senior Associate Investor Services

This position will work Pacific Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based on the West Coast.

What youll do
 

• Youll oversee Outlook Investor Services inboxes respond to routine client inquiries and handle ad-hoc requests efficiently.
• Youll post fund and investor-level documents to the investor portal while coordinating with other departments for approvals and upcoming posts.
• Youll manage investor expectations by clearly communicating timelines for deliverables and ensuring smooth delivery of capital call and distribution notices.
• Youll assist in updating and maintaining document processes and policies to ensure accurate record keeping and compliance.
• Youll collaborate with your team and clients to uphold standards assess operational effectiveness and suggest improvements for process development.

• The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($70000- $85000). 

Qualifications :

• You bring over 4 years of experience in investor services private equity public accounting or alternative asset investment firms.
• You apply strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in accounting and fund administration for alternative investments.
• You demonstrate exceptional client service effective communication and the ability to collaborate while giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• You consistently deliver accurate detail-oriented work at high volume while managing multiple demands and tight deadlines including overtime when required.
• You leverage advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word supported by a minimum of a Bachelors degree.
