Job Summary
1. Holds a Bachelors or higher degree from a recognized college or university in education or a related field.2. Holds or eligible for an appropriate certification in Massachusetts.3. Has a minimum of five (5) satisfactory years professional experience in K-12 teaching4. Has the ability to work cooperatively with individual teachers and groups of teachers as a model teacher mentor professional coach and/or program facilitator.5. Willing and able to participate in professional development toward mastering best professional practices in literacy technology and/or subject area teaching.6. Has familiarity with effective instructional strategies and practices and current educational theory and research.
